All our Security Officers: Are Screened and Vetted to British Standard 7858. Must pass an entrance exam. Receive security training, brand training, site specific training and regular refresher training. Are kept motivated through regular contact and visits by our management team. Are appraised bi-annually. We treat our team members as internal customers and therefore strive to keep them happy and productive.
